What to do after a car accident in Mays Hill

Time limits to know
Claim statutory benefits as early as possible: within 28 days for back-paid weekly payments, and generally within 3 months of the accident. Beyond 3 months, late claims are accepted only in limited circumstances. A damages claim is generally due within 3 years, and one lodged within 2 years can keep weekly payments going past the 2-year mark while it's pending.
