Could I have a CTP claim?

How these checkers work
Based on the NSW scheme
The checkers reflect the general rules of the NSW CTP scheme for accidents from 1 December 2017. Some rules changed on 1 April 2023, so your accident date matters.
A pointer, not a ruling
They can't decide your claim — only the insurer, the Personal Injury Commission or a court can do that. CTP Lawyer is not a law firm or a healthcare provider, and this isn't legal or medical advice.
A person when you want one
Any checker can lead to a free claim check. We'll call you back and work out whether a lawyer, a doctor or an allied health provider is the right next step. Many claims never need a lawyer.
